Billing for Wellness Plans

Let ExtendCredit.com handle the time consuming and messy back office tasks associated with Wellness Programs.

With ExtendCredit.com, a clinic will create their own wellness programs (all inclusive, basic programs, premium programs, reduced rates, etc) with template plans available from ExtendCredit.com. Each Wellness program can have associated down payments and recurring monthly fees for defined periods of time.

ExtendCredit.com complements your practice management system. You manage the delivery of services, track procedures performed or medicine provided and the "accounting" in your practice management system while ExtendCredit.com manages the recurring payment handling and collections activity associated with your Wellness Programs.

ExtendCredit.com  provides the following features:

• Manages the billing portion of new customer sign up
• Define a list of program types and associated "terms" which correspond to the “Wellness Programs” you offer. These are displayed in a drop down list for your staff to select from with appropriate program terms automatically displayed in the customer sign up screen.
• Our Instant Credit and Fraud Verification service is available to make sure you understand potential credit risk with a new participant.
• A “Wellness Program” agreement is automatically completed with the information entered for the participant. ExtendCredit.com provides a sample template for the agreement, but enables you to use your own as well.
• Every month, each participant is billed by ExtendCredit.com 3 days after an email notification has been sent to the participant.
• ExtendCredit.com provides soft collections support for any missed payments.
• The system allows multiple pets to be added, copying the owner information from the previous pet agreement. Discounts can be provided for additional pets – the program type can be picked from a drop down and an associated discount will be applied based on the rules defined by the Veterinary practice.
• Each pet will have their own “contract” so that if a pet is taken off or passes away, the other pet's plans continue. Each pet care financing plan has its own payment term (12 month, 6 month, etc.) with auto renewal being an option (For the full amount – including the original down payment)
• ExtendCredit.com provides monthly general ledger export reports or .csv files so that the Veterinary practice accounting system can be kept current.
• Reports and Statistics for all Wellness Program activity are provided.
